$1.45 Million From Surgeon for Overheated Saline Burns

DuPage County, IL: Lane Brown, LLC attorneys Scott D. Lane and Nicholas J. Kamenjarin obtained a $1,450,000 settlement on behalf of our client.

In 2018, a 60-year-old man underwent a medical procedure during which his bladder and urethra were burned by overheated saline. The surgeon and his medical group paid $1,450,000.

The client later obtained an additional $2,500,000 settlement from the surgery center in the same case.
