Cook County, IL: Lane Brown, LLC attorneys Mark A. Brown and Oliver P. Shindler obtained a $900,000 settlement on behalf of our client.

A young man alleged that he was sexually abused over the course of 2002 by a former Archdiocese of Chicago priest who has since been defrocked. The Catholic Bishop of Chicago and the former priest paid the settlement.
