Cook County, IL: Lane Brown, LLC attorneys Nicholas J. Kamenjarin and Scott D. Lane obtained a $700,000 settlement on behalf of our client.

A 41-year-old man was walking through a construction zone when he slipped and fell. He suffered a distal fibula fracture, a ruptured deltoid ligament, and a syndesmosis injury that required open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) surgery. A confidential defendant paid the settlement.
