A 39-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle while crossing a Chicago street in the evening. She suffered a right shoulder dislocation and a SLAP tear that required surgery, as well as an aggravation of a low back condition that required multiple injections, including facet joint, epidural steroid, and platelet-rich plasma injections.
