Cook County, IL: Lane Brown, LLC attorneys Mark A. Brown and Noah A. Brown obtained a $415,000 settlement on behalf of our client.

A man, now 52, alleged that he was sexually abused on multiple occasions between about 1983 and 1985 by a Catholic priest of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Joliet. He reported significant long-term harm from the abuse.

The Diocese of Joliet paid the settlement. The claim was resolved without a lawsuit being filed.
