Cook County, IL: Lane Brown, LLC attorneys Nicholas J. Kamenjarin and Scott D. Lane obtained a $2,800,000 settlement on behalf of our client.

On May 22, 2016, a 39-year-old man was driving on Milwaukee Avenue in Glenview when he was hit by a car pulling out of a private driveway. He suffered damage to multiple discs of the lumbar spine, including L4-5 and L5-S1 herniations with annular tears. He required an L4-5 and L5-S1 fusion, followed by multiple hardware removal procedures.

Settlement: $2,800,000
