$100,000 for Man Injured While Sitting in His Parked Car

A 53-year-old man was seated in his parked car when another car violently collided with his vehicle. The impact threw him around the cabin, and his left knee struck the door and steering wheel, producing an immediate “popping” sensation. He required arthroscopic knee surgery, with $43,122 in medical expenses.
