$1.2 Million for Driver Struck by a Tractor-Trailer on I-94

Western District of Michigan: Lane Brown, LLC attorneys Mark A. Brown and Noah A. Brown, working alongside co-counsel, obtained a $1,200,000 settlement on behalf of our client.

A 25-year-old man was driving on I-94 in Stevensville, Michigan, when a tractor-trailer merged from the center lane into his lane at highway speed, striking his vehicle and forcing it sideways. His vehicle was pushed and dragged until the truck slowed. He suffered a back injury that required surgery.

The truck driver denied changing lanes and blamed our client for losing control of his vehicle. A confidential trucking company paid the settlement.

Settlement: $1,200,000
