$1 Million for Truck Driver Struck While Asleep in His Cab

Ogle County, IL: Lane Brown, LLC attorneys Nicholas J. Kamenjarin and Scott D. Lane obtained a $1,000,000 settlement on behalf of our client.

A 58-year-old truck driver was asleep in his cab when another truck backed up and struck his vehicle. He suffered rotator cuff and SLAP tears of the shoulder and an L5-S1 disc protrusion, both of which required surgery. A confidential defendant paid the settlement.
